This is my first attempt at building a web site so I hope you’ll forgive any of the glitches that have yet to be remedied. I’ve been using, collecting, buying and selling Nizo equipment for a few years
now. Most of the the cameras I’ve sold have been to people here in London involved in music video and TV but I’ve also sold on a few to student filmmakers, artists etc. The web seems to be the way
forward, for anyone looking for equipment these days its the first source of information. Theres probably more reasonably priced film camera gear available now than their has been in years. But it struck
me that as much as a low price, people buying movie equipment want to be assured that its fully operating and in nice condition. As so much equipment on the web is sold “As is” I thought
there was room for a site selling warranteed cameras for filmmakers who want to shoot right away and need to know their newly purchased gear isn’t going to let them down.
To get the most from the listings refer to the Specificaton chart to get a more detailed run down on any particular cameras functions. Cosmetic condition is measured on the the camera pages. All cameras
are in full working order and have been tested with Kodachrome film
In the future I’ll be adding instruction manual scans, articles, a feedback forum and anything else pertaining to Nizo equipment and Super 8 filmaking in general.
